As a relational and self esteem therapist, I help individuals navigate the challenges of anxiety and low self-esteem by fostering deeper, more authentic connections—with themselves and with others. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship, and together we work to uncover the patterns that may be holding you back. Whether you're struggling with self-doubt, constant worry, or difficulty feeling seen and understood, I offer a supportive, compassionate space to explore your inner world and build the confidence to live more fully and freely.

What sets my work apart is a focus on the deeper emotional patterns and attachment dynamics that shape how you relate to others and yourself. Rather than offering surface-level strategies, I help you uncover the roots of disconnection, build self-awareness, and create more meaningful, lasting relationships through insight and emotional connection.
Clients often tell me they feel safe, understood, and at ease in our work together.
I bring a warm, grounded presence to therapy, and I prioritize creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment. I aim to make the process feel approachable, collaborative, and genuinely supportive.
