I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in trauma and attachment-based therapy for adults and couples. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, emotional disconnection, people-pleasing, or self-criticism that trace back to early relationships or overwhelming life experiences. I help clients understand why these patterns developed and gently work toward creating more safety, choice, and connection—both internally and in relationships. My approach is relational, compassionate, and collaborative.

I integrate attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and somatic awareness to support healing at a pace that feels respectful and sustainable. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” yourself, but about increasing self-understanding, emotional regulation, and the ability to form secure, meaningful relationships.

I use skills from my training in Family Systems Theory (Bowenian approach), focusing on relational patterns and the family as an interconnected emotional system; and Level 1 Training, Gottman Method Couples Therapy Specializing in relationship communication and emotional connection.
